Family Therapy

*Services are billed through your health insurance or are private pay. Most major insurances accepted. Copays are due at the time of service.

Families look very different these days! You may have what you believe to be a traditional family or you may have a more complicated “blended” family of step-children, half-siblings, foster children, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, grandparents, cousins, and anything in-between. We can help with families adjusting to new transitions and roles, such as learning how to shift your role as a parent to a now adult child; boundaries and getting along with new in-laws; co-parenting from separate homes with an ex; grandparents raising their grandchildren; and supporting LGBTQ family members in their unique journeys. What can you expect?:

  • You will receive a secure Patient Portal link where you can complete all intake paperwork and fill in your insurance and demographic information prior to your first appointment.

  • Family therapy sessions may run from 45-60 minutes, and an hour will be allotted for you.

  • For telehealth sessions, family members can log on to the video call from separate locations.

“Everyone needs a house to live in, but a supportive family is what builds a home.”
